The survey process – 5 easy steps


Step 1: select a suvey and options to implement

  • Choose from our list of fully developed Surveys
    • Branch Member Satisfaction Survey
    • Credit Union Employee Engagement Survey
  • Overviews and survey options can be found in the product overview section of the website.

Step 2: Register or log in to complete your purchase

  • Once you have added your survey selections to the cart and are satisfied with your choices you will be asked to either log-in or set up a new account.
  • Once the account is set up, or you are logged in, follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Step 3: Download and print the custom invitation

  • Downloadable survey invitations are provided for you.
  • The invitation template can be found by logging on to the website and going to the “My Account” area and clicking on the “My Invitations and Report Links" tab.
  • Click on the invitation download and print your invitations.
    • 4-up layout on letter size paper: This style gives you 4- 4x5 invitations for each page you print. Template to work, with Avery Postcard Template #3380.

Step 4:  Invite members or employees to survey

  • Distribute printed invitations to your credit union members or employees
    • Hand them out in the credit union branch.
    • Send the invitation via email.
    • Insert the invitation in your quarterly newsletter.
    • See Tips for Survey success, for additional strategies for achieving survey success.
  • The survey will start when the first survey is taken.
  • The Survey is finished when either the number of responses purchased is reached or a 4-week time frame has elapsed, whichever comes first.

Step 5: View and evaluate the results and analysis

  • myCUsurvey collects the data and provides an online report with benchmarks.
  • A link to the online reporting system will be emailed to you upon the completion of your survey. The report will contain your survey results and benchmark data. See Demo for additional details.
  • The report contains relevant demographic results and will break out the responses by: age group, length of membership, frequency of coming to the branch, as it applies to the individual survey content.
